What happens when feedback arrives
Credentials are encrypted at rest, every delivery records its outcome, and a failing integration never blocks the feedback itself.
On new feedback
Annot8 creates a card on the list you pick, carrying the author, the comment, and a link that opens the page it was pinned to.
The list decides the column
Point it at an Inbox list and let a Trello Butler rule move cards from there — the list id decides the column, not the board.
Toggled per project
Connect once for the workspace, then turn Trello on or off per Annot8 project.
