ALERT CHANNEL

New feedback, announced in Teams

Connect a channel once and every new thread posts a card the moment it lands — the author, the comment, and a link that opens the exact page it was pinned to.

Available on Pro and above.

HOW IT WORKS

What happens when feedback arrives

Credentials are encrypted at rest, every delivery records its outcome, and a failing integration never blocks the feedback itself.

On new feedback

A message posts to your Teams channel with who said it, what they said, and a link back to the page.

Two ways to connect

Pick a team and channel through the guided connection, or paste a channel webhook URL created from a Teams Workflow.

Toggled per project

Connect once for the workspace, then turn Teams on or off per Annot8 project.

GOOD TO KNOW

Before you connect Microsoft Teams

The specifics that save a support ticket — the same ones the docs lead with.

  • Connectors are migrating

Microsoft is moving tenants from Office 365 Connectors to Workflows — if Connectors is unavailable, use the “Post to a channel when a webhook request is received” Workflow template.

  • Watch the URL on copy

Teams webhook URLs are long and easy to truncate when copying — paste carefully, then use the test button.

MORE INTEGRATIONS

The rest of the wall

One workspace connection each, toggled per project. Email works on every plan; the rest unlock on Pro.

Feedback in, Microsoft Teams notified, nothing re-typed

One script tag on the site, one connection to Microsoft Teams, and the pipeline runs itself.
