ALERT CHANNEL
New feedback, announced in Slack
Connect a channel once and every new thread posts a formatted message the moment it lands — the author, the comment, and a link that opens the exact page it was pinned to.
Available on Pro and above.
HOW IT WORKS
What happens when feedback arrives
Credentials are encrypted at rest, every delivery records its outcome, and a failing integration never blocks the feedback itself.
On new feedback
A Block Kit message posts to your channel: who said it, the comment quoted, and a “View on page” link back to the pinned element.
Two ways to connect
Pick a channel through the guided connection, or paste a Slack incoming-webhook URL — whichever your workspace policy allows.
Automations can target it too
Triage rules can post to Slack as an action, and those messages name the rule that fired — so you can tell “everything” apart from “the critical-bug rule”.
GOOD TO KNOW
Before you connect Slack
The specifics that save a support ticket — the same ones the docs lead with.
Give it a dedicated channel
A #feedback channel stays readable; piping real volume into a busy team channel is unreadable within a day.
Webhooks are channel-bound
A Slack webhook belongs to the channel it was created for — archive or delete that channel and the webhook stops working.
Feedback in, Slack notified, nothing re-typed
One script tag on the site, one connection to Slack, and the pipeline runs itself.
