ISSUE TRACKER

Website feedback, straight into Jira

Connect Jira Cloud once and every new thread becomes an issue in the project you choose — who said it, what they said, and a link back to the exact page, formatted natively for Jira.

Available on Pro and above.

HOW IT WORKS

What happens when feedback arrives

Credentials are encrypted at rest, every delivery records its outcome, and a failing integration never blocks the feedback itself.

On new feedback

Annot8 creates a Jira issue in your chosen project. The summary is the feedback itself; the description carries the author, the comment, and a link that opens the page it was pinned to.

Or on demand

Leave the automation off and push only the threads that deserve an issue — one action from the thread, same format.

Routed per project

Connect once for the workspace, then choose per Annot8 project whether it posts, and override the Jira site or project key where a client needs their own.

GOOD TO KNOW

Before you connect Jira

The specifics that save a support ticket — the same ones the docs lead with.

  • Point it at an intake project

Enabling the automation turns every piece of feedback into a Jira issue — a dedicated intake project keeps your delivery boards clean.

  • Jira Cloud

The integration targets Jira Cloud (yourcompany.atlassian.net). Self-hosted Jira Server isn't supported.

MORE INTEGRATIONS

The rest of the wall

One workspace connection each, toggled per project. Email works on every plan; the rest unlock on Pro.

Feedback in, Jira notified, nothing re-typed

One script tag on the site, one connection to Jira, and the pipeline runs itself.
