Do guest reviewers cost anything?
No. People who leave feedback through a share link never need an account and never consume a seat. The Free plan includes up to 3 guest reviewers; every paid plan makes them unlimited.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone who signs in to the dashboard — to triage threads, answer chats, wire integrations, or change settings. Pending invitations count as seats until they are accepted or revoked.
What happens when I hit the Free plan limits?
Nothing breaks. Existing threads stay readable; new threads pause until the next month or until you upgrade.
Can I change plans or billing intervals later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing, and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do Agent Fix credits work?
Each credit is one run: the Agent reads a thread, finds the code in your connected repository, and opens a draft pull request for you to review. Pro includes 10 a month, Business 20, and Enterprise pools are contracted separately.
