ISSUE TRACKER

Website feedback, straight into Asana tasks

Connect Asana once and every new thread becomes a task in one intake project — then Asana's own automation assigns, tags, and moves them in the tool your team already lives in.

Available on Pro and above.

HOW IT WORKS

What happens when feedback arrives

Credentials are encrypted at rest, every delivery records its outcome, and a failing integration never blocks the feedback itself.

On new feedback

Annot8 creates a task in the Asana project you pick, carrying who said it, what they said, and a link that opens the page it was pinned to.

One intake project

Drop every task into a single intake project and let Asana rules route them — the routing logic stays in the tool your team already knows.

Toggled per project

Connect once for the workspace, then turn Asana on or off per Annot8 project.

GOOD TO KNOW

Before you connect Asana

The specifics that save a support ticket — the same ones the docs lead with.

  • 404 usually means permissions

Asana returns 404 for projects a token can't access — if deliveries fail with 404, check access before rewriting the project id.

  • Delivery you can see

Every delivery records its outcome — success or the exact error — and a test button sends a real task.

MORE INTEGRATIONS

The rest of the wall

One workspace connection each, toggled per project. Email works on every plan; the rest unlock on Pro.

Feedback in, Asana notified, nothing re-typed

One script tag on the site, one connection to Asana, and the pipeline runs itself.
